Global Forum on Bioethics Research (GFBR)
November 2022
On November 29-30, 2022, we presented the BridgELSI project at the 2022 Global Forum on Bioethics in Research Conference, held at the Lord Charles Hotel in Cape Town, South Africa. The conference’s theme is Ethics of AI in Global Health Research. The BridgELSI postdoctoral researcher Oluchi Maduka presented the preliminary research results at the Pecha Kucha session.
2nd DSI-Africa consortium meeting
October 2022
We attended the Second DS-I Africa Consortium Venue at the Protea Breakwater Lodge and UCT Graduate School of Business (GSB) Conference Centre in Cape Town, South Africa, from November 29 to October 3, 2022. Co-Investigators Professors Simisola Akintola and Ayodele Jegede, as well as trainees Dr Oluchi Maduka and Mr Adeola Akintola represented the BridgELSI team.
